2014 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel FOR SALE

On July 26th I bought a 2014 EcoDiesel from Dwayne Lane's Dodge in Everett WA and to be honest it was one the worst experiences of my life...I left with the truck but the treatment I received as a customer was so disrespectful and emotionally draining it has left a terrible taste and I don't want anything to do with the truck so I'm selling it at a price below the dealer invoice...I complained to Chrysler about the verbal abuse and they are sending me a contract(?) for 16 oil changes but it has not arrived yet in the mail but I assume it's transferable. Enough of the background...there are as of today 230 miles on the truck I'm asking $46,000/firm( I have clear Title...also in mail) and I live in Washington State on the Olympic Penisula. You can Google the VIN 1C6RR7TMXES396400 and get some info on the truck or email me thru this web site. It has the Nav radio and 4-Corner Air Suspension, Rear Camera and Park Assist Group.

jhardie... I also had an awful experience when I bought my truck but driving it home made me forget all about it. Chrysler did a good job with the truck. Don't let the crappy dealers ruin your experience with the truck. Calling Chrysler was the right thing to do as it will put heat on the dealer. Just make sure you let everyone know how badly you were treaded and let the word spread! Bad word of mouth is not what a dealer wants at all. Take your new truck for a cruise this weekend and enjoy the comfort and mileage it gives you and forget the dealer! I was told one price and we agreed on it. drove 5 hours to get the truck and they had magically raised the price a grand. I fought it and then they lowered it back. Then they tried to tack on 3 grand for an undercoating and protection package that I didn't approve and was told "we do it to all of our vehicles before we sell them" Well you never told me any of this on the phone. I had no vehicle since I road with a co worker going there anyway and still got up and walked out of the finance office before they begged for me to come back. That's just poor ass business practice and they have also been reported. No wonder people hate buying cars!

Wow that is terrible. My dealer here in North Carolina agreed on a price via 1 phone call and 1 confirmation email and a $500 credit card deposit over the phone to place my custom build order. When the truck came in about 8 weeks later they called and had the paperwork ready at the agreed price and I was there no more than an hour and that included a delivery checklist/ training on the truck. I could not have been happier. That is how it should be done

Sorry didn't mean to Hi-jack the thread. It for sure should be done just like that. Buying a car/truck should be that simple! If you do decide to sell the truck I'm sure it will sell quickly! Best of luck to you jhardie

I'm not really sure where to have placed the original post in order to sell the truck...the "classified" section doesn't seem to be functioning...any suggestions?

you are selling a perfectly good truck bc the dealer left a bad taste in your mouth?? seems a bit childish. However good luck with sale.

I say keep the truck and never go back to that dealer. They are not a chyrsler owned dealer. All dodge dealers are independent.

You know it does sound a bit childish...probably more just frustrated and angry about how some businesses treat their customers....I'll work on the anger management

i had a really bad experiance with my local dealer. Needless to say iv bought my last three from another one. Their rival. The truck was originally at the shitty one. I had my dealer buy it from them and sell it to me. Then went back to them and threw it in their face..

I love the ED and it has been a great truck so far. The best ride for a long road trip as well.. Dont sell it. You wont get what you paid off the lot.
