On July 26th I bought a 2014 EcoDiesel from Dwayne Lane's Dodge in Everett WA and to be honest it was one the worst experiences of my life...I left with the truck but the treatment I received as a customer was so disrespectful and emotionally draining it has left a terrible taste and I don't want anything to do with the truck so I'm selling it at a price below the dealer invoice...I complained to Chrysler about the verbal abuse and they are sending me a contract(?) for 16 oil changes but it has not arrived yet in the mail but I assume it's transferable. Enough of the background...there are as of today 230 miles on the truck I'm asking $46,000/firm( I have clear Title...also in mail) and I live in Washington State on the Olympic Penisula. You can Google the VIN 1C6RR7TMXES396400 and get some info on the truck or email me thru this web site. It has the Nav radio and 4-Corner Air Suspension, Rear Camera and Park Assist Group.

Sorry to hear about your ordeal, and I hope it works out for you. Not all dealers are the same. Since you already have the truck, can you try another dealer for service?

"All the complaints are reviewed" I look at that kind of statement this way; There may not be any ramifications for the dealer from your complaint, but you can't be the only one, Chyrsler gets enough complaints and they will make a change. Feel good that you had something to do with that even if you don't get confirmation that anything happened.

A few years ago my dad was buying a new ford. The deal was done and signed when they stuck him and my mom in a room with the guy that sells all the dealer add ons like rustproofing, scotchgard etc. He didn't want any of it. After telling the guy this several times, and the guy not backing down, my dad reached over the desk, took the contract and tore it up and left it on the desk, then they walked out.

I was lucky enough to be able to learn from that. As soon as I don't like what's going on in any kind of store or shop, I walk. Simple as that.
