Sorry to hear about your ordeal, and I hope it works out for you. Not all dealers are the same. Since you already have the truck, can you try another dealer for service?
"All the complaints are reviewed" I look at that kind of statement this way; There may not be any ramifications for the dealer from your complaint, but you can't be the only one, Chyrsler gets enough complaints and they will make a change. Feel good that you had something to do with that even if you don't get confirmation that anything happened.
A few years ago my dad was buying a new ford. The deal was done and signed when they stuck him and my mom in a room with the guy that sells all the dealer add ons like rustproofing, scotchgard etc. He didn't want any of it. After telling the guy this several times, and the guy not backing down, my dad reached over the desk, took the contract and tore it up and left it on the desk, then they walked out.
I was lucky enough to be able to learn from that. As soon as I don't like what's going on in any kind of store or shop, I walk. Simple as that.
