On July 26th I bought a 2014 EcoDiesel from Dwayne Lane's Dodge in Everett WA and to be honest it was one the worst experiences of my life...I left with the truck but the treatment I received as a customer was so disrespectful and emotionally draining it has left a terrible taste and I don't want anything to do with the truck so I'm selling it at a price below the dealer invoice...I complained to Chrysler about the verbal abuse and they are sending me a contract(?) for 16 oil changes but it has not arrived yet in the mail but I assume it's transferable. Enough of the background...there are as of today 230 miles on the truck I'm asking $46,000/firm( I have clear Title...also in mail) and I live in Washington State on the Olympic Penisula. You can Google the VIN 1C6RR7TMXES396400 and get some info on the truck or email me thru this web site. It has the Nav radio and 4-Corner Air Suspension, Rear Camera and Park Assist Group.

jhardie... I also had an awful experience when I bought my truck but driving it home made me forget all about it. Chrysler did a good job with the truck. Don't let the crappy dealers ruin your experience with the truck. Calling Chrysler was the right thing to do as it will put heat on the dealer. Just make sure you let everyone know how badly you were treaded and let the word spread! Bad word of mouth is not what a dealer wants at all. Take your new truck for a cruise this weekend and enjoy the comfort and mileage it gives you and forget the dealer! I was told one price and we agreed on it. drove 5 hours to get the truck and they had magically raised the price a grand. I fought it and then they lowered it back. Then they tried to tack on 3 grand for an undercoating and protection package that I didn't approve and was told "we do it to all of our vehicles before we sell them" Well you never told me any of this on the phone. I had no vehicle since I road with a co worker going there anyway and still got up and walked out of the finance office before they begged for me to come back. That's just poor ass business practice and they have also been reported. No wonder people hate buying cars!

Sorry didn't mean to Hi-jack the thread. It for sure should be done just like that. Buying a car/truck should be that simple! If you do decide to sell the truck I'm sure it will sell quickly! Best of luck to you jhardie
