Head replacement on 2014 ram ecodiesel
Well it seems that although it is not an official recall, I dropped my truck in this morning to have it looked at for a shimmy at 1800 rpm that felt more like it not shifting smoothly or motor vibration. Got a call this afternoon that it needed the heads replaced!!! Long weekend and absolutely needed the truck for a trip we had planned. Could have been a disaster but the dealer is providing a rental truck for three weeks while they wait for the parts and do the work. I am not that happy as this is the only vehicle we have but in general it has been a good truck with a few minor problems which the dealer ship has been supportive in getting the work done without interfering with our daily lives.
