Unfortunately I can't offer much on this except that a few years ago I was going to purchase a new 2010 Laramie and backed out of the deal after I drove the truck home and had a highway vibration the entire 100 mile round trap back and forth to the dealer. From what I read at the time the trucks were having issues with flat spots on the tires as well as getting the chrome clad wheels balanced correctly. My 2014 Ecodiesel has had no issues with vibrations at all.
I'd recommend you take it back to the dealer and have them go through it.
