Production delayed until May?
This isn't good: Donlen's Chrysler Truck Production Update for the Ram 1500 diesel initial production just changed to May 1. It was March 10 and has been pushed back several times since last year. I don't know what this means for existing orders but it sure isn't comforting.

My order was placed on feb 7. I got an email about a week ago from dodge saying it is going on the assembly line within 2 weeks. If I get any updates I'll be sure to post.

morning I got an email:

Current Status roduction Scheduled

I heard its more than likely that the info Donlan was quoting was for fleet production. Some think that fleet dates were pushed back because of the heavy up front demand from consumers...

Dang we were on the same status and dates last week. Now you're ahead of mine lol. Mine shows still in trim.

So I talked with a ram rep yesterday, and they said alot of trucks are sitting in storage by the rail heads just waiting for more trucks to fill the train so that they aren't shipping half full trains. So if your in js or k status more than likely you are in this situation. Romadrod, have you heard anything new or different?

seems like there might be another delay as some who are getting on delivery are now going back to production. possible that they found something wrong?
