Oh. We would need to run between 3,000 and 3,300 rpm to get maximum torque. Then I look at the Cummins chart and see you are over 2,200 to get into the max torque range. That's different than I remember.
We normally run our Eco engines in the 1,600 - 2,000 rpm range. If that chart is correct we are getting almost no torque and won't until we add another 1,000 rpm.
That Cummins thing also bothers me. I seem to remember my Cummins had the most torque in the 1,800 to 2,300 range. That's way different that that chart.
