The problem with the power dyno is they cannot floor it in gear without it downshifting into another gear.
So they roll into the throttle till about 3000 RPM then floor it.
The Fiat dyno is more accurate because they can use there software to not allow the motor to downshift when testing.
I did lots of dyno on my Hemi at that was alwas the problem, but luckily on a gas motor low end tq and HP is not there anyway so you did not need a low RPM number.
