I responded to a poster yesterday of someone who mentioned this but there have been no replies to me so I decided to start a thread. I was interested in the lifetime warranty and another poster is buying the truck under the assumption that this warranty works for the ED. I have been told that we DO NOT have the option to buy this with ED only on the HEMI. Can anyone confirm if this is true?

Just went through this yesterday with the dealership when i purchased mine. The only thing I could purchase was the extended comprehensive warranty, not the lifetime.

No Lifetime.... The Hemi has proven itself to Dodge time and time again. most people get rid of the car before it really pays off for a warranty like that. They were not going to offer lifetime on a diesel truck that has not been through the paces yet.

Lifetime warranty seems pretty hefty. I mean that would last a really long time. DO they sell that, or is this just wishful thinking?

Its been stated before in this forum there is no Lifetime warranty for Diesel Engines.

I didn't go lifetime but it was offered, I went maxcare 8/85000
