I disconnected the 2 side dash speakers (everything else works fine) and I got the amp on Amazon. Do free research on Crutchfield and look for sales!!
Fixed the crappy stereo in my ED
You'd think when you shell out some big $$$ for a truck you'd get more than paper speakers in our trucks. Not so. I have 3 teen boys and it was becoming a problem with the volume up. Solution? Infinity Components in each door and a 5 channel amp with 2 10" subs under the rear seat. With the Christmas sales it wasn't a huge expense and now everyone is happy!!!

PS the stereo in our trucks do not have pre amp outputs so the amp you buy will need speaker level inputs.
