heating/cooling blower fail

I have an intermittent problem with the heater/air fan. Sometimes it quits. doesn't seam to happen at any particular time. Sometimes fro ma cold start and sometimes while running. Also does not depend on speed of the fan. weird problem that never happens when at the dealer so no help there.

Anyone had a similar problem?
