Yes the Ram eco diesel uses in-cylinder post injection during regen. There are actually two post injections going on depending on the mode. There is an early post 15-30 degrees after TDC and a late post during exhaust stroke.

Hi! Newbie, prospective owner here. Trying to find out if the new 1500 class diesels use in-cylinder post-injection for diesel particulate filter regeneration and haven't been able to find out from Dodge. Anyone here know? Thanks!
