Does anybody have any tips to get in touch with someone that is allowed to use their brain at Chrysler? My truck has been in the shop for TWO weeks with no loaner or anything for me. after spending the first week trying to blame me, now they have finally opened a star case last Wednesday. and I can't get anyone on the phone from Chrysler that can say anything beside "our policy is it takes one to two business days to have a supervisor get in touch with you" like friggen robots!!!! DEF went to the dreaded countdown and they can't get it to reset. they have done all the DEF recall repairs. and of course tried to blame me for "bad def" and wanted to charge me $850 to drop tank and flush it and put in a new filler neck!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
