Make people feel like they're speaking with more than a brick wall...I signed up to respond to this particular post. I currently have a 2011 2500 L6 I use to haul my boat and as a DD. This post had me worried, but after seeing how the dealer and company stepped up, this put me back at ease about trying the new Ecodiesel. My first 2500 was my first new truck and when it had issues my dealer stepped up and made it right and that has kept me a Ram truck person and also now a T&C for my wife. People can accept some product issues as long as someone is there to step up and take care of them.
