anyone have def problems yet,cat converter has to be replaced and def injector has to be replaced/in shop 2 weeks now ,waiting on parts.hope one time thing cause got the hemi for rental and it loves the gas.nowhere near ecodiesel mileage.
2 weeks is a while to wait, that's what sucks about having issues this early into the process, the lack of parts availability.
hopefully all goes well once you get it back, keep us posted
I've had the issues & continue to have the issues. I would strongly advise to open a case with Chrysler/Ram. They can expedite parts, assure rentals & keep the dealers on their toes instead of yanking your chain. It's well worth the phone call. I'm still astounded at how piss-poor Ram service is across the board. Prior to Chrysler's bankruptcy, there were lots of old family franchises that only sold Chrysler products. They pulled many of those franchises & what's left are these mega dealers that couldn't give a rat's @ss about pleasing their customers. Its all about the bottom line for them & they totally suck!
