I only have 15 k on my Longhorn, so I realize it is barely broken in, and I am seeing better MPG, along with getting better performance as the engine continues to break in.
I pull an 18' enclosed trailer set up for motorcycle road racing. Wouldn't call it a toy hauler, but do have 110v, AC, cooking, showering, and basic entertainment,( surround sound, flat screen, 5.1 surround, and satellite), for the event weekends.
I've gone from 9 MPG to 17 over the two years of racing.
The biggest reason for not installing a tuner was the warranty issue.
Being a speed freak, I'm always on the lookout for enhancements.
I stumbled on this page
2014-2016 3.0L Ram 1500 EcoDiesel Chips | Programmers | Tuners
There's several different brands, and most claim no trace is left behind when unplugged. (unless you go with the Banks pillar gauge)
Any thoughts?
