Since I'm new to diesel engines. Just wonderng whats the highest oil temps you guys are seeing when pulling a boat, rv, or trailer? So far the highest I've been seeing is 219 to 229 when pulling my boat up a bridge. Does anyone know what temp is considered to high or a danger zone for our EDs?
Seems normal. I have seen that pulling my toy hauler up a mountain last Summer. Actally that's nowhere near what the synthetic oil we are using can take.
