Anyone else order their truck with the RamBox option? I plan on using the truck for work (consruction), so I look at it as a necessity.

its cool to have but apparently its easy to break into

so i wouldnt keep anything expensive in there

Thats what I heard too and that's something I would worry about if I lived or traveled somewhere high in crime or was going to go on a long road trip. Rather get a locking bed cover which seems to be the better route.

Honestly the worst part about the RAM box is like the others have said is folks will break into them as they're not terribly "secure". Whats worse is that even if you keep nothing in them, or nothing of value they will stell get broken into for the chance...

I've head the best use of RAM boxes is to fill it with ice and stock with beer... hehehh

I haven't ordered mine yet...I was thinking about the Ram Box as an option......now I'm having second thoughts......like do I really need something that anyone with a screw driver or crow bar can break into? I have seen other boxes that fit under a tonneau cover and will hold lots of stuff....I really don't need this for work...just thought it was a fun option....
