Polling or tracking possible?

Does the site have a polling of members function? What I am after is the ability to solicit and collate issues/problems ( that does get subjective I know ), thinking about those with complaints so as to "try" and recognize one "off" issue versus systemic manufacturing so as to track and rectify things. General benefit for our selfs and new researching by "new" owners.

Once upon a time Monday Friday vehicles where a problem with more errors in assembly as opposed to system design or manufacturing ( airbag recall, ignition switch versus forgetting a clip for a headliner retention, a nut not torqued correctly/forgotton ).

Anyone have a clue if this is a doable thing with this forum?
