Long story short...haven't had truck (2014 Eco) for 1yr. Initially brought in due to serious brain cramp; DEF in fuel. Encouraged me to have full delete which apparently has led to a host of issues, including turbo charger out?! Shop has been radio silent since 04/11/22. Looking to take truck to someone who has knowledge of this vehicle & tunes to repair. Unfortunately, I had to get an attorney involved. Something I've never done in my life.
If you know or are aware of any honest RAM mechanics in the northwest suburbs of Illinois, please let me know. I've learned there are not many folks who work on RAM trucks. The dealership is currently my only option. Service tech quote "we're not going to be cheap"!!! Really, I'm shocked?!
