not sure what the shield would be for. Just blocking more air that could be going to the radiator.
The looks confusing to me. I'm guessing the Ram symbol would still be put in the middle of the grille. I don't think that is much of an improvement for the Ram's design. The long horizontal slats just look like some generic sheet metal part.

I think it looks better without it.
My beef is it's wrap around the headlight as seen in other pictures. How it's seen here looks great, no complaints.
