My F150 showed what gear you were in which I really liked. Is there any way to set our ECO Diesel so that will show all the time. I really like that feature when driving in the mountains and towing the travel trailer. I have not towed anything yet with my truck. But that will change this coming spring as we are planning on touring the the midwest and if all goes well it will be a two month trip or longer.

I have played with the plus and minus gear buttons on the steering wheel.

Does the gear selection show up when in the tow mode ??

Just hit the minus button and it will show on the evic which gear you are in. I see what you are saying in your post but I don't think there is a way to automatically show which gear you are in unless you manually hit the minus button every time you hop in your truck and start it.

You don't have to go thru the gears, just hit the minus button 1 time.
