Back Story:
Here in Houston I've spoken to multiple dealers and researched many of them. Ran across information about one that was willing to work deals more than others. Of course most everyone here is worried about the EcoDiesel. but having spoken to them multiple times over the past week it can be done Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, or Jeep.
Deal:
Way below invoice plus what ever factory rebates you qualifiy for. I've spoken to quite a few people local and even from as far as New Jersey that have flown in here to Houston because they could save that much. I got priced a Laramie for the cost of a a trim or two below
How To take Advantage:
It's usually something that they only do with Jeeps but when I went in yesterday I've kinda talked the manager into working with Ram buyers and any other brand. PM me or post up if you want contact details or more info
Why?:
It kinda pissed me off that some people here and elsewhere think they are getting a deal at $500 over invoice or $1000 off MSRP or whatever. If some people can save THOUSANDS I think it's worth sharing. Even invoice isn't a deal because of the 3% hold back, on a $40,000 truck that's $1,200 and then the bonus at the end of the year for moving X amount of units.
In Closing:
In the end it's your money, spend it how you want. It won't effect me if you spend less here in Houston or more in your home town.
