Think twice before buying ECODIESEL!!!

Just traded my 2013 Ram 1500 Hemi in for an Ecodiesel, wanted better gas mileage. Having nothing but issues with it. Not even a month old and it broke down on the side of the road. Took it into the dealer last week for same issue they didn't do anything to address the problem. When I have about 100 miles left in the tank its hard to start, check engine light comes on, and stalls out. Not sure if anybody else has experienced the problem, but there was a great review on Edmunds about the same exact issue im having. I even gave the dealer the article to read about the issue. Dealing with Ram service is HORRIBLE!!!

Be patient I had an exhaust leak and it took 3 trips and several months of back ordered parts but now it's fixed and I just did a 180mi round trip and just ticked in at 33mpg. I now have 12k plus miles and love the truck.
I drove with my air on recirc so I would not get the odor in my cab. If your only having the issue when below a quarter tank I'd just keep it full till the new fuel pump comes in. Or demand a loaner vehicle and make them pay since it's warranty work. While it sucks getting a brand new vehicle and it has issues, even worse is the back order of parts but I'm not so sure you would be 100% safe with any other make. If you read the BB of other makes you'll see they all have issues and they all have pissed off customers. Be mature, be patient and then get something out of it.
Just some words of advice from a 50 yr. old. I have been around the block so many times I've worn a path.
