Throttle body Control losing power

Hello, new to this forum...but bought the ram 1500 eco diesel...2016 in Dec. 2015. 9 months later in sept. 2016..loss power, message read exhaust filler 100% full, and then the throttle body control see dealer. They have the truck 5 days. and apparently looks like they do a PCM update..but this time ther was smoke into the cab...ok so they fix it...temporarily.....now 5 months later from that same problem but without the smoke in the cab....dropped off thursday and still waiting.....rental car again..this is warranty problem...I have always been partial to Dodge..but now..maybe I made a mistake buying the diesel. Probably will go the Lemon law route..I live in california...any thoughts, relative, same issues anyone?
