Better get your manual out and see what the proper operating range is for your truck. That's the safes bet. I'll be towing my 3500 lb boat in a couple of months then I can reply on what my gauges are reading.

That's what I would expect with that load. Thanks again.zoomie, do not plan to win any races though. I set the trannie to 7th gear and do not want it to even worry about 8th. It spends most of its time in 6 and 7. It was very responsive to the throttle when needed.![]()
Great review, thanks for this.Towing went well mpg reading about 11-12 most level roads ,min wind , stay in 7th gear ,water 210F tranny 165F oil temp 212F power was good no issue at 60-65 mph I only wish i had upgrades tire a bit could feel some bit of tire roll other than that motor and truck did good job
