Truck has enough torque and won't be shifting very often on tow mode.You can rev a Deizel and it just loves it. Unlike the gasoline engines. The tranny will stay cool. Also just revving a 6 cylinder and the boost adjust itself to the amount of fuel given. Nice now just make with a manual tranny.
